“We will go to San Siro to play until the end” Conte sends a message to Inter Milan

Napoli manager Antonio Conte has sent a message to Inter Milan about his team’s readiness to fight until the end when both clubs meet in Serie A this weekend.

Napoli would visit Inter as the top club in Serie A, but they have just a point more than their host and must avoid a defeat in that game.

Napoli has thrived in Serie A this season without European football, but their 3-0 loss to Atalanta in their last game was a wake-up call.

They now know that they are not invincible and that Inter is confident after beating Arsenal in the Champions League midweek.

The game is set up well to become arguably the biggest clash in Italy this weekend, and Conte knows his team will have a long day at the office.

However, the Partenopei are prepared to do all it takes not to lose. Speaking ahead of the fixture, Conte said, as quoted by Calciomercato:

“The victory is as important for Napoli as it is for Inter. We are facing the team that is currently the strongest, and everyone deserves credit for that: from the directors to the players, there has been exponential growth . However, we will go to San Siro to play until the end and not to wave the white flag before even taking to the field. We are preparing for the match, it will be an important test because we will play against the best in the league without forgetting that we are first.”

What Entro Napoli Thinks

Napoli has rested more than Inter and has almost no excuse not to deliver a superb performance in Milan, but it will be a tough game.
